This is the third message in our Summer Series entitled “By the Book.” Ephesians 3 outlines Pauls’s defense of his mission to the Gentiles, explaining that the “mystery” of Christ has been revealed. It concludes with his famous prayer for spiritual power and a majestic doxology celebrating God’s ability to do more than we could think or imagine. Paul was a prisoner of Jesus Christ and he reminds us that that we are defined by our calling, not by our circumstances.
