Children of God
We were all created by God but this doesn’t mean we are all children of God. Children of God have a relationship with their Father. The only way to become a child of God is to receive Jesus, who is the way the truth and the life. The only way to God is through Jesus. John 14:6

Am I what I do?
1 Corinthians 1:30 It is because of Jesus that we are who we are, not because of what we do.
Write down some things that you do well. Now, thank you God that He gave you the ability, and remember it’s not about what you do but who you are. This truth should change how you feel about what you can do.
Am I what I have achieved?
Maybe you have had some great achievements, and maybe you have not. Did you know that this doesn’t change the way God sees you? He calls you holy and blameless.
Am I the things I have done right?
1 Thessalonians 1:4
We are loved by God and He has chosen us. It is good to do right things but just doing the right thing doesn’t need to define us.
Spend the day meditating and memorizing this verse. Hiding this word in your heart will remind you that you are loved and chosen, whether you do the right or the wrong thing.
Am I defined by the things I have done wrong?
2 Corinthians 12:9
Grace- getting what we don’t deserve. When you mess up should you beat yourself up? Call yourself names? NO!
You need to remind yourself like the Holy Spirit reminds you that you are forgiven and you are covered in grace. God’s grace is perfect in our weakness.
Am I a saint? What about what others think of me?
Listen to who God says I am. God calls me His child.
1 John 5:14
We, as His children, have no reason to not walk in confidence.
Here are some activities you can do with your children this week:
