W.O.W Weekend is going to be a powerful time for our Student Ministry. All students currently in 6th -12th grade are invited. This is a unique event that will involve the church as a whole. Students will be assigned (by grade and gender) to a host home where they will have leaders take them through a study on how to fight the spiritual battles they are facing every day. WOW stands for Weapons of Warfare. We will rally together at the church on Friday night and then be sent to their homes. We will come together again on Saturday afternoon for a fun group activity and then meet back together at the church for dinner, worship, and the Word. The weekend will conclude at the church on Sunday morning. We will need lots of volunteers to help with transportation, food donations, and financial donations to help scholarship kids, and people to come alongside a host home and partner with them in making this a great weekend. The cost will be $75 per student. This will include 2 nights with leaders and transportation, a t-shirt, 4 meals, and group activities.
