Breaking the Habit of Fatalism

One of the worst feelings in the Christian life is that of fatalism. Fatalism is the feeling that things are going to be this way forever and nothing is going to change. Being fatalistic means having feelings of hopelessness about life and therefore it tends to be associated with a negative, pessimistic, passive outlook. Fatalistic thinking is unbelief in the promise of Jesus that “all things are possible with God”. As Christians we are called to abound in hope and expectation and believe that Jesus still turns things around. If you have become jaded and cynical due to events that have happened in your life, then you need to listen to this message by Pastor Jason.
